Q: What are the official Harvard alumni origanizations in Singapore?

Q: What are membership fees?

 A: For 2016, there are no mandatory fees to join HUAAS.  However, there is an optional $50 activity fee to help defray the costs of events and to hold the Annual General Meeting.

Q: How do I pay the annual Activity Fee?

 A:HUAAS members get discounts for paid events. Did you pay your 2017 activity fee? You can do so by FAST transfer to DBS 107-902977-9 in the amount of $50. Please send your full name and transaction confirmation to singapore@post.harvard.edu.

Q: When is the Annual General Meeting (AGM)?

A: The AGM is held within three months of the end of the fiscal year (December) and can take place between January through March.

Q: How do I sign up to HUAAS?

A: Step 1 is to claim your Harvard Key. This allows you to update your records with the University and also ensures that only verified alumni apply for membership. Next, select "Join" under the Membership tab above. You will be then sent an email after your application is approved. In order to complete the transaction please follow these steps:

1. Return to https://huaas.clubs.harvard.edu/user.html?op=login and sign in. IMPORTANT: Make sure you are logged in.  This is the only way the system can recognize you and associate you with your approved application.

2. Click Join or Renew in the navigation bar or go to https://huaas.clubs.harvard.edu/memsub.html. Check the desired membership level on this page and click Continue.
 
3. At this stage, HUAAS does not require you to enter your credit card information. Proceed to check out.
 
*HAVING PROBLEMS?  If you run into difficulties (most likely you are presented with the application screen again), please make sure you are signed in to the site in the appropriate way (as an alum/student OR non-alum guest). You must be logged in to the site in order to complete the membership process.
 
Q: How can I tell if I am signed in?  
A: You will know that you are signed in when you see the words 'Welcome, ' in the navigation bar.
